Returns and Refunds

If you’re here trying to refund or return a product, we first owe you a “thank you” for considering Origo! Our #1 goal is to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and of course fix hiccups along the way. If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem.

 

We are happy to accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less a $5.99 restocking fee, within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.  

If you would like to exchange your product, we are happy to waive the restocking fee.  Just drop us an email! 

We want to make this process as seamless as possible, so to return or exchange products, all you have to do is send an email to hello@origoshoes.com and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. 

 

 Please include your: 

  • Order Number
  • And SKU number of the product to return

We kindly ask that all returned items be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with all components included in the original packaging.  In case any component is missing, some charges may apply.

 

Refunds and exchanges are processed approximately 1-2 weeks after our receipt of your merchandise, and your refund will be credited back to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase on the site; if you chose to receive refund in store credit, we will email this to you.  

 

One last thing to note, we are not able to process a return on any products designated on the site as non-returnable or those on sale. 

 **Flash Sale items - can be exchanged for a different product but not returned for a refund.
