Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you’re trying to return or exchange a product, we first owe you a “thank you” for considering Origo! Our #1 goal is to deliver a fantastic product and customer experience and fix hiccups.  

 

Order Return for a Refund

We are happy to accept a return of your products for a refund of your purchase price, less any applicable fees, within 30 calendar days of placing your order.

Please include the following: 

  • Order Number
  • Email
  • And SKU, size, name and/or color of the product to return

 

We kindly ask that all returned items be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all items and accessories included in the original packaging. Charges may apply if this is not met.

 

For US Orders- Please email us at hello@origoshoes.com to send you a prepaid shipping label. A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price.

 

For Canada Orders- we cannot create return labels for orders shipped to Canada; shipping costs for returns should be paid directly by the customer. We currently waive restocking fees for orders returned from Canada. Email us at hello@origoshoes.com for instructions on initiating a return of your order.

 

 

Exchanges (US Only)

We want you to find the right fit for your Origo Shoes, so exchanges are always welcome! We can exchange your product for a different size or shoe style within 30 calendar days of placing your order.  We waive the restocking fee and send you a prepaid shipping label on your first exchange. Drop us an email at hello@origoshoes.com to initiate the exchange process and can help you with size or fit too.

Black Friday – Cyber Monday Sale

We accept returns and exchanges for products on our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales within 30 days of ordered. Conditions as stated in our policy. Please email us at hello@origoshoes.com with your order number and product to return or exchange.


In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure shoes are:

  • In original condition, clean, with no signs of wear and tear.
  • In their original packaging.

Shoes may be tried on and minimal walking around your home is appropriate and
expected. We are committed to sustainability and thus low waste; we resell
returned products as much as possible.

Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be assessed fee.

 

Flash Sale items - can be exchanged for a different product but not returned for a refund.  

 

Processing Times

Refunds and exchanges are processed approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving your merchandise in our warehouse. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method you used to make the original purchase on the site; if you choose to receive the refund in-store credit, we will email this to you.
