+ Soy Protein: Our innovative sneaker soles blend thermoplastic rubber with soy protein, improving biodegradability. This material choice not only reduces waste but also cuts down on carbon emissions.

Ethical standards are at our core; our manufacturing prioritizes worker safety, above market wages, and humane treatment. We utilize small-batch production for efficient inventory management and waste reduction. Origo sources materials predominantly from North America and manufactures near our warehouse to minimize travel distances. Lots of compliments!
Comfortable and as stylish as a wide shoe can be. People who recognize barefoot shoes stop me in the street to ask what brand and where I bought the shoes. I also bought the tan leather and same compliments. The tan leather shoes though were the first barefoot shoe to give me heel blisters when wearing a low injinji sock. Hope Origo work on their delivery time which is a few weeks and delivery cost because I'll be sticking to shoes available in or closer to Australia for that reason. $40 delivery is a real dampener regardless of how good the product.

comfy black sneaker
I have the same style in white leather. They are both very comfortable and stylish. I volunteer at a local theater where we have to wear all black. These really fit the vibe, and I can wear them all day.

Perfectly shaped.
Most “wide” shoes or shoes with larger toe box end up looking a little weird or are oddly shaped. Not these! They look great and are very comfortable though they might run a little more snug than most other shoes I get in the same size.

The shoes are perfect. But the laces..
I love these shoes, they are light, not too thin, not too thick, so pretty, very comfortable. BUT the laces.. what is it with barefoot shoe laces that they make it so slippery they always untie..?

Happy camper again
This is my second purchase with Origo. First pair were leather but they got ruined when my apt flooded during hurricane Helene. I love my canvas ones as well. They remind me of my keds that I wore as a kid.
