Cute and mostly comfortable. Much better than any heel or pointy toe. I didn't know what I was going to wear to a wedding until this released just in time. In the future, I can see wearing them with lettuce hem socks, which I think would look even better. They look like doll shoes, very kawaii if you like that style. My only complaint is that the strap closest to the toe of the shoe tends to pinch the skin there when walking. I could loosen the strap but I have relatively low volume feet so it looked too loose when I did. This pinching was the worst when first walking around the house but seemed to get better the longer I wore them and I was quite fine on the day of the wedding. Overall, I'm happy to have a Mary Jane in my closet after abandoning conventional shoes. Thank you!

I adore these shoes. It’s hard to find a gorgeous, dressier offering, in barefoot shoes. I love all the straps and delicate buckles, along with the patent shiny look that kicks these up a level. REALLY wanted the cherry red, but went with black for the versatility. Highly comfortable and fabulous shoe. What more can one ask for in a shoe and yet so hard for me to come by…until now.

First of all, these shoes are amazing for me! If you have average to narrow width feet and ankles you will love these. However, I have very wide feet and very slim ankles, and I ha do break these in AGRESSIVELY. The top edge of the shoe is extremely tight right out of the box, and gave me bruises, and the back of the shoe gave me blisters, however, I was able to stretch them out using a hair dryer and thick socks, and this is pretty typical for me when buying new high-quality shoes, so I don't have a problem with this, I just caution anyone against purchasing these for an event if you do not have time to properly break them in first.
Now for the real downside. The straps are surprisingly short, the ones across the foot gave me no issues. But the ankle strap is on the absolute loosest setting, this is shocking to me because I typically have to have ankle straps on the absolut tightest setting. Again, I have annoyingly dainty ankles, so if you are someone with strong/chubby ankles and feet, I doubt you will be able to get the ankle strap buckled unless you poke in extra holes(if that). This was disappointing because buckle style ankle straps are so easy to make size inclusive and these shoes are genuinely lovely otherwise!
All in all if you have narrow/average feet and ankles you will love these after breaking them in! But if you have wider/bigger feet and ankles unfortunately I recommend skipping these shoes.
